Get the whole family eating Seaweed with this household favorite Sausage rolls,
As sausage rolls are a staple in most house wholes why not make them more nutritious with our sea salad seaweed shakers,
Ingredients
450g Pork Sausage meat
Sprinkling of Mixed Herbs
An Egg, beaten
Tablespoon Sea Salad Sprinkles, Get them here!
Pre-made Puff Pasty Sheet
50g of Cheddar Cheese
Pepper for seasoning
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200c or Gas mark 6
- Mix Sausage meat, mixed herbs, Sea salad Seaweed Sprinkle and cheese in a bowl
- Cut your rolled pastry sheet into sections and share meat evenly between sections
- Roll pastry and add a little egg wash to pastry to moisten so pastry is sealed
- Cut large Sausage rolls into individual rolls
- Brush with egg wash and top with mixed herbs
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown
- Serve warm and enjoy!
